What made you want to become a Draughtsman?
At 16 I applied for an apprenticeship in cabinet making, it was something that really interested me. As I progressed, I realised that my favorite part of the job was problem solving and engineering-based challenges. I learnt AutoCAD and set my sights on getting a job as a bespoke furniture draughtsman.

What made you choose SL as a company to work for?
As anybody in this industry knows Silverlining is regarded among the best of the best. After reaching out to them, they invited me for a tour. I came up for that first visit and was blown away by the quality of work and skills of the staff here. Not only did they offer me the opportunity to work with this amazingly talented team, they helped me and my wife relocate to Chester which was fantastic!
What’s the best thing about your job?
I have always been eager to learn and improve my skills, the wealth of knowledge and creative thinking is a constant source of inspiration. For me being able to be a part of this team and contribute to creating truly unique pieces of furniture and art work is a fantastic position to be in.
