Job Purpose


The role of the Furniture Finisher/Sprayer is working as part of a small team where you will be inspecting, preparing, spraying, sanding, and polishing bespoke pieces of furniture as part of our manufacturing process.


You will work closely and directly with our cabinet makers and project managers to achieve an exceptional finish on bespoke items of furniture for marine, residential and aviation projects which are delivered to clients globally.

The role is based at our Wrexham Workshop.

Technical Experience


This role is designed for an experienced furniture finishers or sprayer who has experience with all types of solvent, water-based paint, wood stains, lacquers, and other related products such as high gloss, burnished paint, lacquer finishes and metal resins.


The individual will have excellent in-depth knowledge of the outlined staining and finishing techniques.


The ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.


Personal Skills


A background in furniture finishing or in a transferrable industry.


Excellent attention to detail is paramount and quality control is essential.


Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to prioritising and organising work, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines.


Following and adhering to working practices, particularly regarding health and safety.


Ability to build and maintain effective, strong, and professional working relationships with others at all levels.


Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise workload from a variety of different sources.


Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders.


Co-operate, liaise with and support team members to assist in achieving departmental goals whilst continually improving technical knowledge and experience.


Proactively contribute ideas for improving practices and efficiency.
