The design embraces Art Deco’s soft graphic forms in a tonal palette of blush pinks and muted burgundy, with the overlapping forms crafted in through-dyed English ripple sycamore and nubuck leather.
This matching screen and bench take the soft graphic forms and colour palette found in this sample taken from the New Horizon Collection.
The four-panel concertina screen has an irregular silhouette, formed from overlapping sections of custom dyed ripple sycamore, nubuck leather and fine inlays of polished rose gold.
Accompanying the screen is a low, cushioned bench with three small drawers to the front. To each end, matching graphic forms of sycamore and leather wrap around the soft corners.
The surface of the design is enhanced through subtle changes in finishes, from the gloss and satin of the wood, through the smooth and embossed textures of the leather, to the metallic finish of the two polished gold inlays.
